At Tapestry, many of our members are actively involved in ministry projects. If you are planning a ministry project that will need to be reimbursed, please download and submit the Request for Funding for approval before beginning your project.

- Fill it in and save it.
- Attach the file in an email to Steve Rathje, or print it off and send it to:

If you have expenses to submit
from past or ongoing ministry projects, please download the
Expense Reimbursement Form and submit it with all receipts
attached. Please note that unapproved expenses may not
qualify for reimbursement.

- Attach the file and scanned copies of all receipts in an email to Cam Macdonald, or print the form, attach all receipts, and send it to:
